Hi,
I am so Sorry I haven’t been around to much lately. Things have been so busy and so stressful that Mom has been unable to give me any computer time. My sister Phoebe is all healthy now. She got her clean bill of health and is totally happy in her forever home. I like her too now. We both love the Christmas tree and love to sit under it and pretend we are presents.
Every week we watch football and cheer for the Patriots. This is the team that Mom likes. She grew up watching New England. Those were the days when they were lucky to win one game all year.

I hope to be on more often from now on. Hope you have a great weekend.

Phoebe is Home!!!!!Mommie picked Phoebe up this morning and she is doing well. She is eating and does not seem to be in any pain. She is unhappy about her soft collar she has to wear but this is on to prevent her from hurting the surgical area. We are very glad to have her home. Keep praying we're not out of the woods yet..... ![]()

Phoebe had a terrible set back this morning. Mommie got up and found that Phoebe's left eye had perforated despite how well it seemed to be doing. She had just gone to the Vet yesterday and everything was going well. The only thing they can do for her left eye is to remove it. She is at the cat hospital as I write this. We are very sad and Mommie is having a hard time not crying. We are praying that the surgery goes well and that her right eye continues to do well. She should be ready to come home tomorrow morning. She will have a pain killer patch duragesic patch and a lidocaine patch. She also will be on oral pain killers and will continue on all her drops for the right eye. Please keep Phoebe in yur thoughts and prayers.

Hi Everyone,
Again Thank You from the bottom of our hearts. Phoebe continues to improve. She went to the Vet again today and her eyes are definitely improving. They took more of her blood and made more serum for her and she will remain on all the medications for quite a while but she is doing much better. She has been so brave through all of this. She did give them a hard time when they took her blood. I don;t blame her one bit. If it was me I don;t think anyone would have had any skin left but she did not scratch anybody. Her next recheck with the doctor is next Thursday. Keep praying, We love all of you.

This morning Phoebe went to the Vet to have her eyes rechecked. Dr. Noga was very pleased with how Phoebe's eyes were looking. They are still edematous and still red but very much improved. She says that the blood vessels are coming closer to the surface so more blood and oxygen is going to the Cornea to promote healing. She said to continue the Amoxil, the lysine and the 3 eye drops(serum, gentamycin and the antiviral). She did stop the pain killer but told Mommie to call if Phoebe appears to have any pain at all. We will take her to see Dr Noga again on Friday. Thank You all for your prayers and thoughts. I'll keep you all posted.
