Hi! My Name is Melonhead and I am a 6 year old American Saddlebred. I show western Huntseat saddleseat and dressage. This year I made my triumphant return to the saddlebred circuit and brought home some very tasty ribbons. I was the 2007 Illinois American Saddlebred Pleasure Horse Association High Point Champion 18 and over, Season Champion for Hunter Hack and Champion for OTR. I also was the American Saddlebred Horse Association of Wisconsin's Champion for Huntseat on both "A" and "B" Circuits as well as the Champion for OTR for the "B" Circuit. Additionally I was the American Saddlebred Horse Associations State Pleasure Horse Champion for Wisconsin in Huntseat and the Mid America Horse Association's Champion OTR. Last year I was the 2006 Illinois American Saddlebred Pleasure Horse Association Season Champion for Hunter Hack and Reserve Champion Owner Trainer Rider.I was also the Mid America Horse Show Association Season Reserve Champion for OTR and The American Saddlebred Horse Association of Wisconsin B Circuit High Point Champion, Season Reserve Champion for Hunter Hack and Champion for OTR. Im not entirely sure what that means but I am pretty sure it means I did something good!!! I like to eat things...EVERYTHING and ANYTHING! If your not careful I just might launch a broom across the aisle! I can get just about any piece of clothing you put on me off in 5 minutes flat (blankets, wraps, boots, halters etc...). Im kinda like hoodini in that way. If you ever cant find something its usually at the bottom of my water bucket! I love western trail obsticals esp. reining poles and fake flowers (those taste the best!). My favorite part of patterns is when my mom lets me put them away myself (i can actually pick up poles/flowers/ tarps etc and run away with them!)
