There is a stray that I feed and he appears to have a hematoma on his ear.  It is warm to touch.  There is no open wound and the swelling doesnt go into his neck.  I dont know where to get funding for this little guys treatment.  My husband absolutely refuses to pay for any medical attention that it may need.  So I just need information on who I can turn to.  Thanks in advance.
