Woa is me,  I miss my man.  I wonder if it will help if I chase my tail.  OR I could scratch on mommy's furniture. No, that will not replace Kyan. Woa is me.

Kyan's mommy is very sick.  If she does not get better, we will lose the whole family...Kyan, Schnookie, all of them.  MommyL has to go into the hospital.  I am not sure how I will be if we lose them. Mommy is very sad also, so is SNipper Dude.

Please everyone remember Kyan's mommy and keep sending messages. She will read them when she gets back to her puter. THere are over 20 cats in this family and without their mommy, they have no place to go for shelter.

Wheat gluten is the part of the wheat that remains after all the chaff is washed away. It looks like flour, but when you mix it with water it gets gummy. Vegetarians make wheat"meat" out of this stuff and flavor it for cooking (mommy does this alot). It is real popular with cooks. It helps bread rise and is full of protein. 

It is used as a binding agent. That is what it was used for in the chunky pet food. Those chunks are not real pieces of meat. They are all the filler and wet food stuff stuck together and chopped up again.  

 The chinese use a very potent rat poison that is banned in the U.S., but it got into the wheat over there somehow.   ANyway, if your food does not have gluten in it, there should not be poison in it.  And only the places that bought the chinese gluten will have this poison.   I think I am going to ask mommy to just get me tuna. *sigh*     Let's hope it is never bought for human consumption either cause gluten is used in way LOTS of stuff humans eat.

 P.S.  Mommy cooks alot. She thought her food would be safer that way.
