Hey Guys, Mom made the cheese cookies, and, I agree, they were so good. Everyone loved them. But we had a problem and wonder if anyone else had the same problem. Mom made a batch and put them in a plastic container with a lid. Well, there were lots of cookies cause she made them little dog bone shapes and stuff, so we couldn't eat them all (well we could have but she wouldn't let us) in one or two days. Anyway, on or about the fourth or fifth day, she went to get us a cheese cookie and they had molded...had green stuff all over them. We were so disappointed. Should we have kept them in the fridge? Did anyone else have this problem? Help cause we want more but what a waste we had...and mom wont make them again unless we solve this problem.

I wish I could help answer Millie! BUt we ate ours before mom had a chance to save them. But I do know that when mom put them in the airt9ight container they container got moist inside! Thats why mom didn't save them cause she didn't want mold on them! But I don't know why there was moldey stuff on them after 2 days Maybe the fridge would of helped. I hope next time your mommy makes them they don't get moldy stuff on them!
